Kevin Galligan
Kevin Gallign, a founding partner at Ready2Respond has over 25 years of emergency response experience. Currently serving as a Deputy Fire Chief in the Brockton Fire Department as a shift commander.
Promoted through the ranks he has held several positions within the department. He has served as the Chief Fire Inspector and Investigator, Superintendent of the Fire Alarm and Signal Division and Emergency Medical Dispatch Manager.
A member of the Massachusetts District 1 Hazardous Materials Response Team for over 15 years serving as Team Training Coordinator and currently as the Assistant Team Coordinator. He also holds the position of Assistant Program Coordinator for training with the Massachusetts Department of Fire Services Hazardous Materials Response Team.
Kevin serves as the Massachusetts Association of Hazardous Materials Technicians representative on the State Emergency Response Commission.
He has consulted local police and fire agencies on communications and holds a FEMA Communications Unit Leader certification. He has completed several communication projects locally and regionally and serves on the Plymouth County Fire Chiefs Communications Committee. He also is a member of the Southeastern Massachusetts Interoperability Committee.
Kevin has served as a Fire Instructor with the Massachusetts Firefighting Academy in the recruit and hazardous materials program for over 18 years. He has also instructed at the Massachusetts Municipal Police Academy on radio communications.
He holds a Bachelors Degree in Fire Science from Anna Maria College and a Masters Degree in Public Administration from Framingham State College. Kevin is also a certified Paramedic.
Kevin has received several awards and commendations including the Massachusetts Firefighter of the Year.
Jeffrey Marchetti
Jeffrey Marchetti, a founding partner of Ready2Resond, has over 28 years of fire, EMS and military experience. Currently serving as a Deputy Fire Chief in the Brockton Fire Department as a shift commander.

Jeff has been promoted through the ranks and has held several positions within the department. Most recently he has served as the Chief of Operations, Deputy Chief of Training, Recruit Training Chief and Department Safety Chief.

A Hazardous Materials Technician currently assigned to the Massachusetts Hazardous Materials Response Team in District 1.
He has served as an instructor at the Brockton Fire Academy, Massachusetts Fire Academy and is a certified instructor for Civilian Response to Active Shooter Events (CRASE) and Active Attack Integrated Response (AAIR). Jeff has taught and helped implement numerous Active Shooter/Hostile Event Response (ASHER) programs throughout the state.
Jeff is a Nationally Registered Paramedic and is a Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) provider.

He has his Masters degree in Public Administration from Framingham State University, an undergraduate degree in Fire Science from Anna Maria College and a certificate in Paramedicine from Mass Bay Community College.
